SI engines are generally more efficient than CI engines, but they are also more complex and expensive to manufacture. CI engines are less efficient than SI engines, but they are more durable and can operate on a wider range of fuels.

Advantages of Internal Combustion Engines

Disadvantages of Internal Combustion Engines
